Are hair extensions suitable for me?

Hair extensions are suitable for most people. However, there could be certain factors which could make you unsuitable for hair extensions. A full consultation will be carried out to ensure suitability.

How long does my own hair need to be?

It is recommended your own hair is at least 4 inches for best results.

What is meant by the term virgin hair?
Virgin hair guarantees hair to be unprocessed, free of any hair color or chemicals; retaining all cuticles in its original healthy state.

What is meant by the term remy hair?
Remy hair gurantees all the cuticles of the hair remain in the same direction throughout the entire process.

How long should they last?
3 months is the maximum you should wear the extensions for before having them refitted.

Can I style my hair normally?
You can wash and style exactly how you would your own hair.

Can the extensions damage my natural hair?
Damage only ever occurs if the application is incorrect or poor, or failure to follow the correct aftercare advice.

Can I go swimming?
It is recommended you braid your hair or pulll up into a ponytail before swimming to keep hair from tangling. It is best to wash your hair after swimming and use a spray in conditioner.

Why is there shedding when removing my hair extensions?
Hair sheds naturally on a daily basis. It is normal to loose up to 50 hairs a day. Hair extensions do not stop this natural process. The hairs that are shed over a period of time become trapped in the links and are then released when removed.

Can I re use the hair extensions after they have been removed?
As long as the hair has been maintained well it may be re tipped and applied again.
